I have been busy as a bee the past couple of days getting several things together for my KM families. These are announcements I will make in class this week, but also wanted to put them here for you to peruse at your leisure.

1. I will have a sign up sheet for conferences. Please sign up for a time slot. Include your phone number when you sign up, as I may be making some of these calls while away from my desk.

2. Melodic Month of May registrations are now ready. I will be handing them out in class. If you are not registered this semester and would like one, please contact me. If you are registered and have a friend who would like one, please let me know.

3. You can now join my yahoogroup to get the latest updates and information from class. This is also a good way to network with the parents in your child’s class and with parents in other classes. The group name is km_misschristastudio. If you have friends who are curious about KM they are welcome to join as well. Just send me their email address and I will invite them.

4. This is the last month for Scholastic book orders. I have included a suggestion list on the front this month. Let me know if that is something you would appreciate me doing when we begin book orders again next September.

5. Get ready —- SUMMER and FALL schedules will soon be announced. I have been on about 4 conference calls in the past week with Kindermusik International. I’m very excited about the ideas I have been learning. I have some new tips and ideas to make re-enrollment easier on you and on me too. Please be patient as I work out the kinks but in the long run I think we are all going to be saved time and frustrations. More on that to come….

Okay, it’s time for me to scrap the windows (someone forgot to tell Jack Frost it is spring) and head out to the studio. I’ll see you all soon.
