T-17 Days To Christmas – Grandma’s Punch

To go with the salami recipe I posted a few days ago, you must have Grandma Fern’s Punch. To warn you ahead of time… this is absolute delicious, but if you drink too much of it, you may have a heartburn attack:)

2 6 oz cans frozen lemonade
2 6 oz cans frozen orange juice
1 large can pineapple juice
1 quart ginger ale
Ice ring with maraschino cherries frozen in it (green and red if possible)

Place frozen lemonade, orange juice and pineapple juice in the punch bowl. Allow to thaw slightly and soften then mix. Add ginger ale. In a gelatin mold freeze water and maraschino cherries for the ice ring. Place ring in punch – enjoy all afternoon while opening presents.

  1. Mmmm…. heartburn in a glass. 🙂 And the best part is the cherries at the bottom of the bowl after the ice has melted and they’ve soaked up some flavor! But you won’t have me there to pour the ginger ale!
